Bring back your favourite childhood memories as you trace the old flavours of Hong Kong in an ice cream pavilion designed by award-winning interior designer @joyce.wang.studio.

A reimagination of Hong Kong amusement parks from decades past, this harbourfront pavilion celebrates the materiality of green terrazzo — a medium used liberally in the city’s public and leisure architecture.

Wang’s ‘Dockside Dairy’ is now serving exclusive @cookie.dpt ice cream sandwiches steeped in childhood nostalgia. For the first time ever, the cookie maker is introducing what the brand calls ‘Cookies & Cream’ – where visitors can mix and match between Hong Kong-inspired cookie flavours, ice cream and toppings.

Kick it back old-school with Milo cookies and peanut butter condensed milk ice cream or match milk tea cookies with white rabbit candy ice cream.
